Midland filed Motion to Amend and add another debt on post judgement

I've attached the documents. What I see is that it only includes and affidavit for the initial amount and I noticed that  the first few pages look like they were processed by the clerk, but not count 2. Are they trying to pull a fast one? I assume I should appear for this but I don't even know how to begin on what to say

I would contact an IL consumer attorney.  If IL law requires them to provide an identification chart and affidavit for each chart, it’s possible that is the reason for the judgment for only one of the debts.

If they were not supposed to be awarded judgment for the 2nd debt, you might have an FDCPA claim against them.  Please see a consumer attorney ASAP.  Here’s the link to the National Association of Consumer Attorneys.
