Awesomescore
I paid milestone cv balance to $0 on 6/18 Statement closed on 6/22. Used 70% of the CL on 6/23. Sent dispute on 6/24 regarding inaccurate information. On 7/14 cc added the dispute notice and the reported the daily card balance of 7/14, when there was still one more week before the statement close date of 7/22. Is it ok for cc to report a daily balance instead of the statement balance after the close date? Any assistance is appreciated. alwayswinning36
They list your DAILY card balances on your reports? Or are you meaning the statement balance?
Awesomescore
When they updated my account with the dispute notice they also updated my balance with the 3 CRAs to the daily balance for that date . This meant my urilization want from 0 to 70% for that account. The previous statement balance was $0 and the statement close date for the current billing cycle was still 1 week away. Okay, and you admittedly say you used 70% of the credit, yes? Credit cards aren't reported in the 30 day sense you and I may think of. There is a delay. Awesomescore
Thanks for youe help thus far. I hope this clarifies. The Card was paid to $0 in June. The June statement closed with 0 balance and was reported to the CRAs. I used 70% in the July billing cycle. Mid way through the July billing cycle, the cc responded to a dispute and updated the current balance at the CRAs by deleting the $0 June statement balance and reporting the 70% used so far in the July statement period. This occurrd before the July paynent due date and the July statement closing date.
