So I downloaded a credit app to check on my scores and debt, etc. 

In the “Offers” section we’re 2 offers- both from Capital One. I defaulted on 2 cards for over $7k after my arrest. 
 

I am honestly thinking of applying just to see what would happen….

Those offers are just advertisements.  If you apply, you may end up with a hard inquiry on you credit.
