Guest Windriver Posted March 8, 2011 Report Posted March 8, 2011 I recently moved to CA from CO. The SOL in CO is 6 years. Does CA use CO SOL for debt, or does the 4 yr SOL apply to my debts since I moved here? If CA applies, looking forward to several debts being out of SOL in the next few months.
