ImaBird Posted January 23, 2008 Report Posted January 23, 2008 My husband voluntarily surrendered our Honda to Honda Finance in early 2007 because we couldn't keep up w/ it's payments in addition to his truck payments. He has to keep his truck for work, so the Honda had to go.It went to auction, sold with $7xx left over in the loan. They offered to settle with us at $365, and we accepted. So we're paid up.I used search, but everything I found seemed to be from people who had suffered repo and didn't pay the balance...Is there ANY way to remove this TL?
lovebug5 Posted January 23, 2008 Report Posted January 23, 2008 I would think that your best bet would be to try to send them a GW letter. Unless information is being reported which you know is inaccurate, repos are pretty difficult to get off of your CR - especially coming from Honda.
