Yes,

Cra is suppose to notify you within 5 days for the reinsertion, and also how can Calvary place an account on your credit report in DEC 1 2004 and you receive notification in Jan 11 2005 and you have 30 days from the letters date. I would dispute that, and check on this site someone else has problems with Calvary :x:x

BTTT. Is there any way I can apeal to the original creditor (Sprint) to halt the collection activity I have a feeling this will justget passed around for years, when even sprint cant prove I owe?

Shafted

I spoke to another rep today they have just acquired 70k of Sprint accounts, So they are ready to negotiate pennies on the dollar, No deletion though agreed to say "settled in full or Paid' I accepted tired of dealing with this ghost account. Rep was surprisingly nice. But I am going to take the deal and then dispute it later, I think the chances of them deleting after it is paid is better. With that many accounts they can't validate everything, and I will be able to get a deletion, or they won't even care

If you want his number PM me :D

How do you figure paying first is the best way to get them to delete it? If you pay, isn't that an admission it was yours? Also, what is their benefit to delete it once you have paid, if they tell you point blank they wont delete it for full payment?
