Thanks for posting that -- lots of good information. Just as an aside, I found this part particularly interesting:

"They also noted that Trans Union will now face a slew of lawsuits that could force it into bankruptcy. "The company's demise will have adverse effects on both the national economy and [Trans Union's] thousands of employees," Justice Kennedy wrote."

Is Justice Kennedy saying that the Supreme Court decides cases based on what effect the decision will have on the economy, rather than on the law? Of course they do, I am not naive enough to think otherwise; what surprised me was that a Supreme Court Justice would actually say so publicly.
