rmuse00 Posted February 5, 2008 Report Posted February 5, 2008 Have you disputed with CRA's? She can always say she did not receive fax.
2001Badyear Posted February 5, 2008 Report Posted February 5, 2008 CMRRR DV's. That's a BS reply, and not legal if your DV was timely.
ImaBird Posted February 5, 2008 Author Report Posted February 5, 2008 Well, I'm still a little confused about timely or untimely.I recieved the letter that I responded to on 12/29/07. I faxed my response on 1/15/08.I received this response on 1/29/08.The catch is, I doubt that this is the first letter I've received from them, even though I don't have any on file. I haven't been a good record keeper, pitching most collection letters I've received over the past couple of years, just because I didn't want to deal with them...
ImaBird Posted February 5, 2008 Author Report Posted February 5, 2008 Sorry, but bumping this because I'd really like to know if I should respond or not...
TTigggers Posted February 5, 2008 Report Posted February 5, 2008 Send another DV this time CMRRR along with a copy of the 1 you faxed them.
