Drake Savory
I got a voice mail from them and already have two violations: implying that they were going to sue by using "legal outsoursing department" and needing my attorney's information. The other violation is threatening to send a letter to my employer. Needless to say I havn't gotten a letter from them but my question is has anyone dealt with them at all? Are they notorious for violations? Will they sue at the drop of a hat?
admin
It's hard to say if they will sue at this point. I've never even heard of them, but I would treat them as any JDB. DV them when you get your letter. Hopefully, you recorded your phone conversations with them...

admin
If they don't sue, you have them on a violation.
Torden
It's on my voice mail so eventually I'll need to figure out how to get it in a format to present for evidence. This one is a little pricy, but it does record in mp3 format to SD card. http://www.amazon.com/Sangean-DAR-101-Desk-Recorder-Black/dp/B003XU76QK/ For cheaper alternatives, check Radio Shack. Meanjean
You can look them up on the internet. Wait til they write you then send them a cease and desist letter. If they continue contacting you after that, get a pro bono consumer atty to sue them.
